You paid for an AI tool. You taught it how your business works. Then a better tool came out, and you had to start over.
Pritinder Singh hit that wall. He owns Tru Creatives, a marketing agency, and he fixed it with one shared AI brain that every tool can read. Here is how it works, and what it did for his team.
Pritinder Singh, owner of Tru Creatives, runs a marketing agency where half of the team of 20 is a bot. In this Canada Growth Network Power Hour talk, he shows how automation starts with one shared AI brain in a simple Google Drive folder. ChatGPT, Claude, and his Grokbots all read from it, so his business knowledge never gets stuck inside one tool. He walks through his bot team, from email and ads to GoHighLevel (GHL) builds, and the custom CRM his team made in Claude. His workday dropped from ten hours to about five or six. This is for agency owners and small business leaders who want business growth without more hours or more hires.

AI tools fail when they lack context about your business. Pritinder Singh, owner of Tru Creatives, keeps one shared AI brain in a Google Drive folder that Claude, ChatGPT, and his Grokbots all read. The result is a team of 20, half of them bots, and a workday cut from ten hours to five or six.
Who this is for
SMB owners, solopreneurs, and leaders building systems.
Key Lessons
1. Build the brain before the bots. AI tools give weak answers when they lack context. Pritinder starts with a folder that holds who you are, what you sell, your rules, your voice, and your goals. Example: his Claude chat can answer “Who are our current clients?” because it reads the brain.
2. Own your knowledge, not your tool. When your memory lives inside one app, switching costs you time. Pritinder moved from ChatGPT to Claude and wondered if he had to start over. With a Google Drive brain, he attaches the same files to any tool. Example: one folder feeds Claude, ChatGPT, and his Grokbots.
3. Bots do the task. People do the quality check. His bots handle email, ads, posts, and GHL builds. He says the most important job is checking the small details. Example: a bot named Vox built a podcast booking system in three days, and Pritinder says it would have taken him about a week.
Practical Steps
- Create a Google Drive folder called AI Brain. Add one file for who you are and what you sell, one for your rules, and one for each type of client.
- Install the Google Drive desktop app. Then attach the folder to the tools you use, like Claude and ChatGPT.
- Add a daily habit. Ask your tool to review the day’s chats and update the brain with what it learned.

FAQ
What is an AI brain?
It is one folder of files that explains your business: mission, roles, rules, voice, and goals. Any AI tool can read it.
Do I need Obsidian to build one?
No. Pritinder tried it and found it an extra step. A Google Drive folder is enough.
Can bots replace my team?
In his agency, bots work next to about eight to nine human team members. A person still checks the quality.
